Children Residential Worker - Charity
NonStop Care is looking for a Children Residential Worker who can join a well established Charity in the West Midlands area.
The responsibilities of the Support worker are:
You will be working closely with children and young people, age 12 to 17 years old, within a residential setting. You will aim to improve young people's self-esteem so they believe in themselves and feel confident enough to reach for their dreams.
You will provide day to day care for children and young people within an environment of pro-social learning that promotes positive attachments and relationships.

Requirements:
You will be a Support Worker of Family Care Worker and you will have experience in working with children and young people, within a residential setting. Ideally you will have the NVQ level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent.
