I am currently working with an international company that specialised in the production of speciality chemicals.

As an international leader in manufacturing they are present across Europe, Asia and North America. One of their subsidiaries, located in the Bayern area is currently recruiting for a talented individual to join their EHS department.

As Occupational Safety Specialist/ Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit role will be mainly focusing on the assisting the EHS Manager on-site, monitoring compliance and legal requirements in the areas of environmental, occupational and health protection.

You will also be responsible for advising employees and other responsible managers in regards to training and legal legislation.

This is a unique opportunity to learn from and work with, some of the best Environment, Health and Safety professional who have been working in the chemical industry for over a decade!

To be successful your profile will need:

• Completed a university degree in a technical subject like chemical engineering or chemistry.
• Completed training as a Occupational Safety officer / Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
• Knowledge of environment management systems ( ISO 45001/18001)
• Business fluent in English and a native speaker of German or at least a C1/2 level
• Locally based in Bayern or at least willing to relocate
