Registered Manager - Adoption
£49,080 per annum
NonStop Care is looking for an Adoption Social Work Registered Manager who can join a well established charity in the North West of England.
As a qualified Social Worker and the Registered Manager for the Ofsted regulated services, your responsibilities will be to lead and develop the adoption services. You will work closely with the Head of Service in order to drive continuous improvement. You will also manage a small team of 8 experienced Social Workers.
The Adoption Registered Manager will contribute to the strategic and operational development of the agency.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Team Manager, Registered Manager or Social Work Manager with experience in Adoption. You will have experience in the leadership and improvement of Ofsted regulated services. You will also have a management qualification and experience in budget management.
