Job Details
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, and support execution of manufacturing campaigns related to microbial fermentation
- Responsible to prepare and execute SHE, EM, operation and cleaning risk analysis for assigned products
- Establish timely and high quality required production documentation
- Perform manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines
- Review production documentation
- Work as a production expert in Capital investment projects for building and commissioning of the manufacturing units.
- Prepare, change and review DeltaV recipes for equipment and facility parts
- Responsible for training of the operators for the manufacturing of the assigned products
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master Degree, preferred area of study: Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related disciplines
- MS: no industrial working experience in this area required, BS (3-5 years experience)
- Good biotech expertise and/or knowledge in biotech engineering
- Good leadership skills; good communication skills and interaction with all kinds of interfaces within the organization
- Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude
- German is a plus but not required
