- Registered with HCPC
As a result of the rapid Covid19 hospital discharge processes earlier in the year. NonStop's client is looking to recruit 2 experienced placement review officers to undertake joint CHC assessment reviews for nursing home placements.
Responsibilities for the role:
- Supporting service users to develop their independent living skills
- Provide high quality individual interventions and group work
- Opportunities to influence practice through supervision
You will be joining a supportive management structure and the Placement Review Officer role is highly valued as part of the wider team.
