Clinical Research Associate: High Retention CRO
My client is currently searching for a CRA for work on a few projects within Belgium. They are a large Clinical Research Organization which is known for having a high retention rate. They also work one interesting oncology products and have a lot of projects at the moment, meaning that you will never get bored there. Another benefit of working there is they only promote from within for the project manager positions (lots of room to grow!). If one of your goals is to become a Clinical Project Manager one day then this is where you want to be.
This is a home-based role so you will get to spend more time doing the things you want to do which will surely make you happier. Just imagine all the fuel money that you'll save each week! There is travel involved with this role, however, it's just withing Belgium. You will of course be able to expense for these extra costs.
Responsibilities:
- Site Initial Visit
- Site Monitor Visit
- Close out Visit
- Submissions to EC/CA for Belgium and Netherlands a plus
- Experience with Oncology trials is a must
- You must speak Dutch, French and English
