Job Details
My client is a leading medical device company, specialized in the design and production of Class I and II medical devices.
They are urgently looking for a Senior Design Quality Engineer for the Design Quality Assurance team, reporting to the Division Director, for their plant located in Modena area.
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering Degree r related discipline with 5 years of experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills including protocol / report development and technical presentations
- Experience in Risk Management, ISO 14971, FTA, FMEA, HACCP. Clinical risk management plan, risk analysis, risk assessments, and risk management report
- Perfect understanding of MDR and MDD
- Experience of Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), DOE, SPC and capability analysis
- (Desirable) Auditing experience to the FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO 13485
- Familiar with statistical software tools (Minitab, Stat Graphics, Statistical), Stability, Biocompatibility, Sterilization, Ship Testing, HALT/HASS
- Familiar with IEC 60601 and product specific industry standards
- Proficient English level
Salary: negotiable
