Sales Lead - Energetic work atmosphere!

For a medical devices company, we are looking for an energetic and people oriented Sales manager that will be working for the Belgium (North) and Netherlands market. The company has an informal working atmosphere, and provides you with an environment that lets you grow and develop.


The Role:
As a Sales Lead UCC (Urology Critical Care) you are responsible o f Lead an extensive sales team in the UCC sector. You will adapt sales strategies for Urology to market trends and opportunities in order to optimize results. You also will drive sales force effectiveness, ensuring the adoption of available business technologies, tools, and initiatives, etc..

Skills & Requirements:

  • >3 years' of proven Sales management experience within the Chemistry industry,
  • Experience with Urology products is preferred,
  • Strong People Management skills ,
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
