ENVIRONMENTAL FATE & MODELLING SPECIALIST
Our client specialises in the registration of agrochemicals, biocides and food additives in the chemical industry in Europe. They are one of the fastest growing consultancies in Germany within the last 3 years. Desired skills:
- Specialist in environmental fate regulatory processes
- Good knowledge of agrochemical and registration processes
- Understanding of GHS/ REACH
- Computer modelling experience in environmental fate
- (M.Sc., Ph.D., or Dr) degree in environmental sciences, chemistry, biology or agriculture
- Speaks English and any additional European languages (German or Spanish preferable)
Responsibilities as part of the team:
- Using EU laws to accordingly assess environmental risks
- Monitoring studies in environmental fate
- Assessing environmental exposure through the use of computer modelling techniques
- Evaluating the data of active substances
- Organise the required paperwork in line with the EU regulations of agrochemicals and biocides, with focus on environmental fate
