Assistant Team Manager - Flexible Work From Home - South West England - Up to £44ph

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South West of England, who are looking for experienced Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Managers within their Safeguarding Team within Children's service.

As such they are offering competitive rates up to £44ph and flexible home working, meaning you'll be able to maintain a rate way above your regional rate and save money by working from home.

Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the Team Manager and supervising ASYE social workers whilst holding a small protected caseload up to 5. Allowing you to reap managerial experience whilst also staying in touch with the heart of social work practice.

As well as being able to interview and start immediately my client will provide a full induction into the position so that you are able to hit the ground running in a new position and truly make a difference in the services you children and young people.
