Notre client, Banque privée établie à Neuchâtel, recherche aujourd'hui un(e) Assistant(e) pour leur département de Ressources Humaines (60-80%).
Missions :
- Administration RH
- Cycle de vie des collaborateurs (entrées - suivi sorties)
- Réponses aux offres
- Organisation d'évènements et de formations
- Enquêtes et administration
- Archivage, numérisation, classement
Profil :
- Bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office et Excel et logiciels spécifiques).
- Maîtrise du Français et de L'allemand ou suisse-allemand (niveau C1 au minimum), l'Anglais étant un plus.
- Certificat RH ou 2 années minimum d'expérience au sein d'un département RH.
