Job Details

Notre client, Banque privée établie à Neuchâtel, recherche aujourd'hui un(e) Assistant(e) pour leur département de Ressources Humaines (60-80%).

Missions :

  • Administration RH
  • Cycle de vie des collaborateurs (entrées - suivi sorties)
  • Réponses aux offres
  • Organisation d'évènements et de formations
  • Enquêtes et administration
  • Archivage, numérisation, classement

Profil :

  • Bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office et Excel et logiciels spécifiques).
  • Maîtrise du Français et de L'allemand ou suisse-allemand (niveau C1 au minimum), l'Anglais étant un plus.
  • Certificat RH ou 2 années minimum d'expérience au sein d'un département RH.
