A unique opportunity has arisen for a commercial profile eager to step in a Sales Leader role for a market leader within analytical sciences business, looking to dominate Eastern Europe, CIS and Russia.
As a Sales Leader you will be responsible to manage and drive profitable business growth in the industrial area with focus on Oil&Gas,Environmental,Pharmaceutical,Food.This is an opportunity to propel the business forward into new territories and launch the technology in new markets. You will be support by a team of 3 people and a solid distributions network which you will need to further develop.
The company is a market leader and already has had a strong impact in the market and are rapidly expanding. This will give you the chance to work in a dynamic company and promote one of the most innovative technologies. Allowing you to put your own spin on things and shape the growth of the company, becoming recognised in the industry for your achievements.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 8 years in a commercial role within chemicals/life sciences
- Solid experience in distributors management across Eastern Europe,Russia and CIS.
- Completed education in Chemistry with a career focus preferentially in inorganic Chemistry.
- Experience in coordinating or managing a sales team
- Ideally based in Milano.
