Senior Practitioner Referral & Assessment Opportunity!

My client, a well-established local authority based in South West London, are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join its Referral & Assessment Team.

This is a great opportunity for any Qualified Social Workers who are looking to progress their social care career and to take on more responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Referral & Assessment cases and also help to supervise Newly Qualified Social Workers. This will therefore provide you with great experience assisting and supervising other social workers, which will help you move into management roles!

The local authority is rated Ofsted Outstanding, meaning you'll be joining a service that provides safe and effective care for children and their families. You will therefore be able to feel confident in your new role and the good service you will be helping to provide.

This is a permanent post, offering you job security in these current challenging times. A competitive salary of between £38,000 and £43,000 per year is offered, which will help to achieve financial security for you and your family.

Requirements to be considered:

• You must be a Qualified Social Worker
• You must be registered with Social Work England
• You must have experience in Referral & Assessment
