Job Details
A well-established local authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join its Referral & Assessment Team based in Wokingham.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of Referral & Assessment cases.
This post offers a competitive salary of £35-38 per hour, depending on experience. This is also a Locum role, meaning more money in your pocket at the end of every week, valuable especially during these current challenging times!
My client know the importance of working in a friendly and supportive team. You will therefore have the support and assistance you need to increase your confidence and feel comfortable in your new role. My client understand the importance of flexible working due to family commitments and make adjustments so instead of 9-5, you may be able to work 10am - 6pm if you have personal commitments, such as taking kids to school! You will therefore be joining a team that really aims to support its staff!
The successful candidate will also be able to work from home on a rota basis to complete admin work. You will still need to travel for visits face-to-face, however less time in the office will help you to achieve a greater work/life balance and help to keep you safe in the current challenging times!
Long contracts are offered, giving you the stability of a long-term role and also the flexibility of a locum role alongside the financial benefits!
