Orthopedic National sales manager Sweden (Home Based).
We're looking for a sales manager that wants to take a step up in his career with one of the largest medical devices company in the world. Do you have experience with orthopedi and people management then this could be the role for you.
You'll be managing a team of 7 people with a portfolio budget of over 10 million dollars. We're looking for a person that's very outgoing with at least 10 years of management expertise and a good network within the orthopedic industry in Sweden
Key Activities & Accountabilities
- Develops plans to maximise sales opportunities in Sweden.Develops and recommends strategic plans to achieve greater market share/penetration.Prepares monthly highlights and necessary reports to keep Leadership adequately informed of progress.Drive and implement the tender strategy in SwedenDevelop account-by-account strategies with the Sales Reps to ensure the highest level of service support to customers and increase revenue. Systematic follow-up of account plans Strong business acumen.
