Deputy Manager - EBD - Good Ofsted
Salary: £23,000 top £27,000
NonStop Care is looking for a Deputy Manager to join one of the homes belonging to a very well established Residential Service who provide care to young people with a variety of complex needs in the North West.
You would be joining the team in one of their 7 homes, the majority of which are specialised to meet the needs of Children and Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. Most of the homes have Good Ofsteds, with a couple of them being rated Outstanding.
Responsibilities:
The deputy Manager in this role will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the home and ensuring that regulatory and financial standards and goals are met. You will take a lead role in the development of the team and of the service. You will also deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Children's Residential or Health and Social Care
- Previous experience in a management role in Children's residential services
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management is preferred
