I'm currently working on an exciting position by a beach side authority located in the South West of England looking for Experienced and Knowledgeable Team Manager who has worked extensively with Contextual Safeguarding and Exploitation Teams.

This is an exciting time as this role has been created along with a brand new team of which you as the manager will be involved in hiring your own team.

For the right candidates we're offering a competitive salary higher than the regional cap rates. Working with the police you would be involved in complex operations against abuse in the region. This is will allow you to specialise in a niche part of social care and give you exposure which is highly sought after in the sector.

Ideally candidates will have several years experience within a Child Protection and Court Work service, have excellent knowledge and experience of CSE and be fully compliant car drivers.
