The School of Management's ambition is to focus on the global and societal challenges of our time. We are looking for a high calibre and committed Senior Lecturer (Education) in Management, which is a predominantly teaching focussed role.

The successful applicant will have experience of interdisciplinary teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and engagement with pedagogical research is vital. The ideal applicant will be a team player with excellent communication skills and have the enthusiasm to engage fully in the school and deliver our portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including dissertation supervision. It is equally vital that the successful candidate can contribute to our citizenship and leadership plans.

What will you be doing?
The key elements of the role are:
- Teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate including assisting with lectures, seminars, marking on units and unit directorship.
- Acting as a personal tutor to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervising UG/MSc dissertations in the relevant area.
- Curriculum development/enhancement in line with the school ambition/strategy.
- Making a wider contribution to the success of the University from their participation in faculty and University wide governance and development activities.
