Job Description


This role helps the commercial team advance through the design, delivery, and administration of new sales/marketing enablement tools, including, but not limited to CPQ and SFDC. The role connects across the organization- working with all functions, integrating the needs into the business.


  • Support PS key commercial software programs to provide increased digitization of practices and operational productivity (CPQ and CRM PS initiatives). Facilitate functional team critical thinking in order to drive towards full End-to-End solutions that will unlock further operational productivity within PS. Is recognized as the cross-functional expert for the build and implementation of these tools and participates in build of PS Commercial Excellence roadmap.
  • Support CPQ & CRM system run mode by addressing users' requests for support & information, building and deploying tool guidance, training and keeping open discussions with all users from all involved functions. Will drive community of CPQ & CRM super-users in order to have relays to share tool guidance on utilization and expectations
  • Lead, build, and deploy business intelligence capabilities with key focus on increasing information visibility, ease of access to key PS stakeholders and resulting in improving quality of business decisions and allowing increased operational productivity. Promote business intelligence mindset that results in higher and more frequent collaboration between Sales, Marketing and PS Platform teams
  • Support PS ramp-up towards more frequent and global business analysis practices starting by leveraging CPQ & CRM information. This practice will provide business critical insights using CRM & CPQ analytics in order to foster cross-functional alignment between Sales leadership, Marketing and PS platforms.


  • Preferably B.S. or B.A. degree in science or business discipline, with focus in marketing and/or sales management. MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of CPQ and or SFDC application package is mandatory, including report development (leveraging formulas), data manipulation and system integrations
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in data manipulation in a global and cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in presenting to selling teams, senior leaders and similar groups. Experience in communicating major change initiatives verbally, written and via presentation expertise to senior leadership
  • Proven experience in a team selling environment, cross-functional teams
  • People management experience highly preferred

  • Demonstrated successful track record of cross-country/cross-BU implementation of complex projects
  • Strong analysis capability to manage complex data systems and distill information to guide decisions making for leaders and teams
  • Proven reasoning abilities and sound judgment to overcome roadblocks and manage risk
  • Ability to understand competitive environments, customer needs, and technology solutions
  • Must be a strong communicator with excellent presentation, written and verbal skills
  • Proven entrepreneurial and external relationship management skills
  • Ability to cross-functionally influence associates and mobilize functions in a teamwork and collaborative style.
