Children's Registered Manager - Therapeutic
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
NonStop Care looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join the team of a Childen's Residential Service in the North West, and oversee the opening of their new home. They currently have several EBD homes in the area, however this will be their first female only home. Their homes all have a therapeutic approach.
Responsibilities:
the Registered Manager in this role will oversee the day to day running of a 3 bedded residential home for girls with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will lead the staff team in ensuring that the needs of the residents are met and their well-being safeguarded. You will also be accountable for the regulatory and financial performance of the home.
They have an experienced HR manager within the service who oversees all HR administration, meaning that you will not have to worry about this, and will have more time to focus on the home and its residents.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 in Management
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Service
- Full UK Drivers license and access to a vehicle
