Technical Laboratory Assistant - Molecular Biology

Are you an Technical Laboratory Assistant with excellent hands on experience in Molecular Biology - aseptic manufacturing of drugs, fermentation, TFF, HPLC, chromatography, reactor and filtration systems - from the Bio/Pharma/ Biotech industries? Do you speak fluent German and good English? One of my clients is looking for a talented laboratory assistant or laboratory technician to join their team. One of the market leading CMO-s, currently involved in manufacturing vaccines for COVID - 19, offering you the chance to make an impact with your work, all around great on boarding and training options, varied tasks. The role is based in Baden-Württemberg, in south-west of Germany.

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Du bist für die Durchführung von GMP-Prozessen zur Herstellung von mRNA / Impfstoffen / Biologicals verantwortlich
  • Du bedienst und überwachst Reaktor-, Filtrations- und Chromatographie-Anlagen im Rahmen der Produktion eines mRNA COVID-19 Impfstoffs
  • Du stellst Puffer für GMP-Prozesse her
  • Die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Räumen, Anlagen und Material (inkl. Reinigung, Desinfektion, Sterilisation) fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Wartungs- und Kalibrierungsarbeiten sowie von Gerätequalifizierungen
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktionsabläufe mit
  • Die sorgfältige Dokumentation der Arbeit gehört in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
  • Du erstellst selbstständig Herstellvorschriften, wie beispielsweise SOPs

    • Requirements:

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Biologielaborant, BTA, CTA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Berufserfahrung im oben aufgeführten Aufgabenbereich sowie in sterilen Arbeitstechniken und im Arbeiten in pharmazeutischen Reinräumen
    • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Molekularbiologie, Fermentation, TFF, HPLC oder aseptischer Herstellung
    • Kenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld
    • Muttersprachen Niveau Deutsch, gutes Englisch
