Fostering Operations Manager - Therapeutic IFA

NonStop Care is working with a national Independent Fostering Agency with an excellent reputation, in order to recruit for a permanent Fostering Operations Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

You will be covering the Gloucestershire and West Midlands area. You will be joining an Outstanding, therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency.

As a Fostering Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be:

- you will be working closely with the Fostering Director

- you will be part of the Operational Management Team and will be responsible for a number of local Area Managers and their teams

- you will be involved in the strategic planning

- you will be managing the budget for the West Midlands and Gloucester areas

- you will not hold the Ofsted registration

Requirements:

- Experience at the senior management level, including operational and strategic management of a fostering service

- Very good understanding of the Fostering Legislation and National Minimum Standards

- Proven track of motivating and developing a team

- someone who is strategically minded

- Social Work Degree

- Driving license
