Children's Registered Manager - No HR admin
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
NonStop Care is working with a reputable Children's Residential Service in the North West in order to recruit for an experienced Registered Manager for a new home that they are opening. They currently have two all male therapeutic homes for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and this will be their first all female provision.
They have an experienced HR manager within the service who oversees all HR administration, meaning that you will not have to worry about this, and will have more time to focus on the home and its residents.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the management of a 3 bedded all female home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You will oversee the day to day running of the home including management of a team of Support Workers. You will also be responsible for the financial and regulatory performance of the home.

Requirements:
To be considered you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Previous experience in a Registered Manager role is essential.
