Biocides Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Growing Company

I'm currently working with a rapidly expanding French group within the Chemicals sectors. They have a number of different business units across France that work in niche sectors. Due to the growth of one of their affiliates, they are now looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to cover Biocides registrations, compliance and other regulatory topics.

A few years ago, the company hired someone to covered R&D, Quality and Regulatory Affairs which was quite a dynamic role. As the company began to expand its product portfolio, geographical reach and client base, they realised they would need to bring in a second person to focus on regulatory issues. This means stepping into a brand new position where you can be the go to person for regulatory affairs within the company and have a real impact on how things are done.

However, as the company and the group expand, the person in this role will gradually take over regulatory responsibility for other companies in the region offering you the possibility to grow with the company. And, to help with our professional development, you will be working alongside other regulatory professional in other business units who will be able to support you on you career journey.

Key Requirements:

• Around 2 to 5 years of experience working in Regulatory Affairs
• Good experience within Biocides, REACh, and CLP
• Solid background in editing and updating safety data sheets
• Management of Biocides product registrations/declarations
• A professional level in French and English

Additional Information:

• Reporting Line: Site Manager and indirectly reporting to R&D Manager
• Location: Ille-en-Vilaine, Bretagne
• Salary: €30,000 to €35,000
• Statut: Agent Maitrise / Cadre depending on exprirence
