Field Sales Trainer DACH & Poland : Leading Diagnostics company
We are looking for a field sales trainer for the DACH region. This is a unique opportunity for you to share your knowledge and develop young sales representatives from the region while expanding your network and influence.
Our client is a multinational corporation leading the life science and diagnostics industry with innovation. The company is currently expanding and they are looking for an experienced sales trainers to come on board and join the team to coach and develop young sales representatives getting ready to launch their careers in the diagnostics industry all over DACH region and Poland. This is a great opportunity for someone who Is looking to join a progressive company with plenty of career growth opportunities. Furthermore, although the job description entails extensive travelling through the region, the position is home based allowing better work-life balance and quality time spend with the family.
Requirements:
- Be located in Germany
- At least 5 years experience in sales of medical devices
- At least 1 year experience in coaching and developing sales representatives
- Fluency in German, written and spoken & English.
- Willingness to travel across DACH & Poland
As a trainer, you will have the opportunity to share you acquired knowledge and positively influence many young people and their careers. This is an opportunity for you to utilise your industry knowledge in training and developing sales staff and leave your mark in the industry.
