Head of Fostering - Good Ofsted
Salary: Up to £62,000
NonStop Consulting are working with reputable Independent Fostering Agency who are well established and have a good reputation nationwide, in order to recruit for a permanent Head of Fostering for their service in the North West.
They have a Good Ofsted in the region, and provide a very high standard of placement.
Responsibilities:
The Registered Manager in this Head of Fostering role will oversee the running of a large sized service with more than 150 Fostering Households. You will take on a strategic role in driving the development of the service in the region, with a number of Operations Managers and Team Managers answering directly to you.
Benefits:
The offer a competitive salary package of up to £62,000, plus car allowance and 25 days holiday. There is also the possibility of progressing into more senior strategic roles within the company.
Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification and SWE Registered
- Previous experience in senior management roles in Fostering
- Full UK Drivers license and access to a vehicle
