Qualified Social Worker - Safeguarding Team - £40ph!

A well-established local authority is looking for Qualified Social Workers to join its Child Protection Teams based in Gloucestershire.

A highly competitive salary of £40 per hour is offered for this role. It is a locum role, also meaning money in your pocket at the end of every week.

If you are looking to relocate, £100 per week accommodation allowance is offered for this post. You could therefore take on a new role in a new location, without large accommodation expenses!

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of around 18-20, working to achieve effective and appropriate interventions. The low caseload will also make the role manageable and less stressful, helping you to feel comfortable in your new post and enable you to focus your time and energy on every young person you are working with.

Flexible working is offered in the current climate, allowing you to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. You will still need to travel to conduct visits in person where safe to do so. The flexible working will allow you to spend more time at home, saving on travel time and costs and helping you to achieve a good work/life balance.

The successful candidate:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker
• Must be registered with Social Work England
• Must have at least 2 years experience in Child Protection
