Supervising Social Worker Opportunity - up to £39,000 pa!

My client, an Independent Fostering Agency, are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join its team in Essex.

This is a permanent post which offers up to £39,000 per year. This role will offer you job security and a stable income, especially valuable in these current challenging times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of Foster Families, providing supervision to ensure safe and happy placements for children and young people in care. Your caseload will be based in Essex and Kent so the successful candidate must be able to drive to visit their foster families throughout these areas.

The successful candidate will be able to work 2/3 days in the office, based in Hornchurch, and work from home the rest of the week. This will enable you to save time commuting to the office, spend more time at home and achieve a better work/life balance!

The Independent Fostering Agency is rated Good by Ofsted, so you can be confident you are joining an efficient and safe service. This will make your role less stressful and ensure you are comfortable in your new post.

To be considered you:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker
• Must be registered with Social Work England
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Fostering
