Lead Buyer/Purchaser (m/f/d) - Take the next step within your procurement career today!!
This established firm is searching for a Senior Buyer (m/w/d). You will here have the opportunity to lead a team of around 10 Junior Buyers. This will give you the opportunity to really influence the processes within this firm, as well as make valuable leadership experiences.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent responsibilities of strategic and operative procurement
- Team lead of 10 Junior Buyers
- Consistent development of your team with a view to increase efficiency and cut costs
- Supplier negotiation
- Form new and solidify existing supplier relationships
Your profile:
- At least 5 years experience within procurement; ideally in the chemical industry
- At least 2-3 years experience in leadership
- SAP Expertise
- German and English language skills both in written and spoken form
