Sales Manager France & Benelux - Industrial Foams & Adhesives

I am currently working with an innovative industrial foam manufacturer : my client is specialized and recognized in the design and manufacture of technical foams and targets markets such as Construction, Packaging, Industry, General converting, Sports & Leisure (...). To support their growth, they are currently opening a position as Sales Manager Europe with a strong focus on France and Benelux areas (but also Scandinavia and Baltics).

Here are the missions:

• Your primary goal is to maintain & further develop the company's position in the respective areas (focus France & Benelux)
• As a member of a small and human scale team, you are expected to gain knowledge of each specific application assigned to you and its potential in order to realize sustainable growth by expanding your pool of customers while maintaining and respecting existing partnerships.
• Approximately 50-70% of your time you will be visiting your customers. You report directly to the Area
• You'll be part of a matrix organization and work directly with the Business Units & Supply Chain teams located accross Europe

Required profile :

• You have acquired a proven experience in technical sales with products such as foams / PO / PU /adhesives with require added value sales
• You are used to deal with clients / prospects within general industry, leasures, sports, packaging markets in a European scale
• A native or bilingual french is mandatory, a fluent dutch level would be a clear advantage, obviously you have a business level of english
• The person has to be based either in France or in Belgium, it could be in Lyon, Paris, North of France or South of Belgium.
