Locality Team - Social Worker Post - Dorset

A well-established local authority is looking for Qualified Social Workers to join its Locality Team based in Dorset.

This is a locum role offering a competitive salary of £35 per hour. This will mean more money in your pocket at the end of every week!

My client know the importance of being able to work remotely during the current Covid-19 pandemic, therefore allow working from home or working from a hub if you want to work in an office. Remote working will ensure you can stay safe in the current challenging times. Face-to-face visits to service users would still be required, however PPE will be provided and visits will be risk assessed.

The successful candidate will be working within the Locality Service. This is therefore a varied role, as you will be working with children who are looked after, children subject to child protection plans and proceedings, children in need and conducting assessments of needs. You will therefore be working to make a real difference to the lives of the children.

To be considered, you must:

• Be a Qualified Social Worker - have completed a Social Work Degree
• Be registered with Social Work England
