Leiter Sales Chemie DACH
Für unseren Kunden, ein weltweit agierendes Chemieunternehmen, suchen wir aktuell eine Vertriebsleiter Chemie, welcher die gesamte Vertriebsabteilung für den Bereich DACH leitet.
Sie berichten direkt an den Geschäftsführer, werden viel Eigenverantwortung und einen großen Gestaltungsspielraum haben, sodass Sie Ihre Führungsfähigkeiten sowohl einbringen als auch entwickeln können.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für den gesamten Vertrieb in der DACH Region
- Erstellung und Verhandlung von individuellen Angeboten
- Gestaltung der Preispolitik
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Marketing, um individuelle Strategien und Lösungen zu erstellen und umzusetzen
Ihre Stärken
- Wirtschaftsbezogener oder chemischer Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Vertrieb
- Erfahrung im Führen von Personal
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 60 %)
