Lead Buyer/Purchaser (m/f/d) - Start off the new year with taking the next step in your career!

This established firm is searching for a Senior Buyer (m/w/d). You will here have the opportunity to lead a team of around 10 Junior Buyers. This will give you the opportunity to really influence the processes within this firm, as well as make valuable leadership experiences.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent responsibilities of strategic and operative procurement
  • Team lead of 10 Junior Buyers
  • Consistent development of your team with a view to increase efficiency and cut costs
  • Supplier negotiation
  • Form new and solidify existing supplier relationships

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years experience within procurement; ideally in the chemical industry
  • At least 2-3 years experience in leadership
  • SAP Expertise
  • German and English language skills both in written and spoken form
