Role: Business Development Specialist (Director/VP)
Location: San Francisco, UK wide
Salary: Relevant to Experience
Our Client is an International CDMO specialising in the development and manufacturing of bio-pharmaceuticals. The company has its expertise in drug substance and drug product development, and works with nearly 100 clients in the USA and Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Driving business development and sales activities in assigned regions
- Developing and implementation of key account and market strategies
- Developing effective sales and marketing processes
- Negotiating of contract agreements
- Managing regional budget and sales pipeline
Main requirements:
- 5+ years of proven success in Business Development within the biologics CDMO market
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in selling all services being offered by a CDMO
- Experience with: CLD, process development, analytical development, formulation development, manufacturing of drug substance (DS) of mammalian and microbial origin as well as final drug product (DP) for pre-clinical and clinical trials
