Job Details

My client is a company in providing full statistical and data science services in the pharmaceutical industry. This goes from protocol to reporting and clinical trial simulations to risk modelling and efficiency improvement in the product life cycle. This opportunity offers you the not so common chance to work a broad range of statistical project across the whole drug development life cycle from development and clinical trials to manufacturing and production. As a specialist in statistics you will be operating will be operating in a team of experts responsible for implementing and executing methodological and statistical aspects of clinical studies and non-clinical projects. Your main responsibilities will be; Clinical trials simulations/ predictions; preparation of modelling and simulation plans; designs optimisation; conducting statistical analyses and performing Quality Control; interpretation of analyses and writing of reports; communication with customers about statistical analysis opportunities, to propose and apply Design of Experiment approaches for method and process development; promote and implement Quality by Design thinking and Design Space methodology; provide statistical support in the area of analytical laboratories and bioassays; participation in software development; speak at conferences and write scientific papers.

What we are looking for:

  • PhD degree or master degree in statistics with working experience in the industry
  • Has good experience with SAS, R or STAN programming
  • Knowledge in Design of Experiments
  • Knowledge in Bayesian statistics is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
