Remediation Project Manager - Preston
The Client:
As leaders in the industry the client is seeking an experienced individual to join the team and help with the company's expansion plans. The company have had vast success in 2020 despite the odds and are currently expanding 6 sites across the UK! Their remediation projects predominantly ficus on the insurance sector working on domestic remediation and building restoration.
The role:
As a Remediation Project Manager will join the company's existing management team, coordinating activities with the site team and client. You will be responsible for managing the technical, operational and commercial aspects of all remediation projects, ensuring they are managed within time and budget and that health and safety is adhered to at all times. As a Project Manager, you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contact and its duration and you will have a clear understanding of the client and project expectations and requirements. The job role offers a great work life balance as you will have an office to site ratio of 50/50.
The Requirements:
- Degree in a related discipline (geology, civil engineering or similar).
- A minimum of 5 years' contracting experience within the remediation/contaminated land sector
- CSCS
- Be commercially aware and experienced at providing cost effect solutions in a highly competitive market.
