DNA/RNA Scientist - Method Development - Basel

I am currently recruiting to a Biotech client in Basel, Switzerland. We are looking for a Senior Scientist to join their analytical development team, working primarily with method development of cell based assays, UPLC, MS and so on. This is a new role which has come about due a quick expansion of the Cell and Gene department of our client.

A well liked thing about this company is the amount of projects that they work on, which often gives a greater variation than other comparable companies in the area. So even though the role is mainly focused on analytical development, you will still have ample opportunity to develop yourself at a company which truly have an organisation made up of experts in the field.

Requirements:

- Ph.D. in life sciences, biotechnology, biochemistry or similar

- Strong hands-on experience in bio- and physico-chemical characterization of nucleic acids using methods such as cell based assays, UPLC, MS etc.

- Experience in performing analytical method qualification or validation is meriting.

- Fluency in English required. German is a plus
