Head of Finance & Analysis - Corporate Banking

I am recruiting a financial expert with strong leadership skills to head the Finance & Analysis team of my client. Within this you will get direct exposure to the executive Management of the bank and work with them directly in order to analyse the financial performance of the Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for periodic analysis of the Bank's financial position and performance and regular reporting to the Executive Management Board and the Board of Directors
• Periodic analysis and reporting on financial results of the Bank's business units (profit centers)

• Responsible for the annual Financial and Capital planning process, setting of KPIs for the business units and monitoring of the Bank's performance against the plan
• Responsible for the tactical financial planning process with rolling 3-months horizon

• Pro-active recommendations on balance sheet structure
• Funds transfer pricing methodology and execution
• Drive further development in the ALM area
• Leading role in steering of the Asset and liability committee ("ALCO") agenda, responsible for the analytical content of the agenda

Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or similar quantitative background, CFA/ACCA qualification, MBA is an advantage
• A previous experience within Banking industry is mandatory
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role in Finance function of an international bank or financial institution
• Experience in successful reporting or automation project implementations is a plus
• Fluent English, German is an advantage
