Global Regulatory Affairs Manager - Big Agro

I'm currently working with a sizeable affiliate of one of the largest agrochemical conglomerates in the world. Already a strong name within the industry, a recent merger will see their revenues grow even further as the gain access to new technologies and distribution networks. To help with this influx of products and actives, they are now looking for a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their Paris office.

The company are most interested in finding the 'right' person and not necessarily the most experienced. They take great care and investment in helping their team members develop and as a result are open to speaking to people at a variety of seniorities to see how they may fit into the team. So weather you are in your first job and feel like it is time to make a move, or weather you are currently in a team leading position and want to explore what else could be on the market, then it might be worth having a discussion.

They are ideally looking for people who manage and coordinate EU level registrations who would be motivated to expand their scope and step into a global role where you will be dealing with a wide range of both active and product registrations. To do this, you will have a certain level of autonomy to decide if you should do the registration yourself, work with local affiliates, or manage the registration through 3rd parties. This means you will have a high level of responsibility, but if junior, your will be supported by senior team members allowing you to grow and develop your skillsets.

Key Requirements:

  • A scientific background within a related area such as Agronomy, Biology, (eco)Toxicology
  • Proven track record coordinating EU level registration to 1107/2009
  • Additional experience registration Agrochemical products outside EU would be a Bonus
  • Ability to coordinate construction of full registration dossiers
  • Strong advocacy experience is required
  • Previously managed internal scientific experts and 3rd party suppliers
  • A professional level of English
