Senior Practitioner - Children Safeguarding Team
£45,159 per annum plus £4,000 bonuses (golden hello and retention)
NonStop Care is working with a Local Authority in South East London in order to recruit for a permanent Senior Practitioner who can join their Children Safeguarding Team.
The Council has a Good Ofsted rating, which means you will be joining a very nice working environment, where the quality of care comes first.
Responsibilities - As a Senior Practitioner in the Children's Safeguarding Team, you will have a low caseload - between 12 to 15. This means you will have more time to focus on each case. You will also be able to finish work on time and have a better work - life balance.

You will be supported right from the beginning, with an in-depth two weeks induction, and continuing with an ongoing training for every Social Worker.
Requirements - Please apply if you are an experienced Social Worker or an Advanced Practitioner or Senior Practitioner. You must have experience in working within children in need, child protection or court work. You must drive as well.
