Dedicated Court Work

A Local Authority based in London is seeking an experienced Social Work practitioner to join their dedicated Home-based Court Work team.

Highlights:

  • Dedicated Court Work team
  • Home-based positions with all visits being done virtually.
  • This post focuses on completing Court Work as and when necessary
  • Will also be doing work around practice improvement specifically around Court work
  • The Local Authority has one of the lowest caseloads in London
  • Local Authority received a Good Ofsted following its latest inspection
  • Most cases will include Domestic Violence and Substance misuse issues
  • Excellent salary package totalling £49k

    • This is an excellent opportunity for those practitioners who prefer to work in the Court arena as this role focuses specifically around this service area. As a Senior Practitioner in the team you will be championing excellent levels of practice and suing your experience to progress cases through the courts. Additionally you will be using your experience and skills to help develop the service and support the development of junior staff around issues relating to court work

    You will be joining a high performing Local Authority which had received a Good Ofsted following its latest inspection.

    To be considered for this post you should have extensive experience within a Child Protection and/or Court team.
