Children's Registered Manager - Nwe Home

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

NonStop Care is working with a children's residential service in the Manchester area in order to recruit for a Registered Manager for a new home they are opening. They have several homes providing therapeutic care to young males with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, and you will be taking the lead in the development of their first all Female provision.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the management of a 3 bedded all female EBD home. You will oversee the staff team and the day to day running of the home, as well as being accountable for the financial and regulatory performance of the home.

They have an experienced HR manager within the service who oversees all HR administration, meaning that you will not have to worry about this, and will have more time to focus on the home and its residents.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Residential Childcare
  • Level 5 in Management and Leadership
  • Previous experience in a Registered Manager in Children's Residential services
  • Full UK Drivers licence
