Experienced manufacturing managers wanted for Biotech company in Switzerland!

On behalf of a global Biotech company I am looking for experienced manufacturing managers to to join them as Head of Operations. They are hiring for multiple roles in their head of operations management team.

The company have sites all over the world. They are experiencing continuous growth and as such are expanding their site in south Switzerland. For this they are hiring for Head of Operations for USP department, DSP department, as well as multiple Head of Operations for individual biological lines.

The company works in the CDMO sector, providing services to biotech companies in cell line development, drug formulation, manufacturing, etc.

Responsibility:
- Managing all operations in designated department
- Ensure compliance with current regulations
- Ensure timely execution of projects
- Manage large teams across different levels
- Ensure activity runs smoothly and within budget

Profile:
- Experience managing large manufacturing teams
- Expert in multiple technical tools for various biological products
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Focus on the client and their product
- Fluent in English and preferably German
