RPA Process Manager - German speaker

NonStop Consulting AG is supporting a very strong brand in Switzerland with few openings, and we are basically looking for someone with process management experience in the RPA space to join our client and support their "digitisation" team!

You will act as a business engineer with a focus on process digitisation, and you will be responsible for:

-The management of process development projects
-The development and establishment of local, national or company-wide process solutions that generates the required performance and quality
-In cooperation with relevant units, you will promote and implement process innovation, digitization and automation (Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Robotics Process Automation)
-For Robotics Process Automation (RPA) you will take on the lead role within the team
-Participation in continuous improvement, optimization, standardization and monitoring of the processes by means of an established quality and process management
-You will also support in leading Microsoft 365 and Power Apps, including user adoption, coaching and training

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a university degree with a business, technical or scientific focus with further training in business administration or organization
• You speak native/fluent German, and English
• You have already gained experience in the specialist management of cross-sectional functions or cross-functional teams as well as in project and change management in larger organizations
• You have strong knowledge of RPA, and also knowledge of process management suites and BPMN as well as Microsoft 365, SharePoint automation, power apps etc..
• You have many years of professional experience in digitization and automation of processes
• Further training in business engineering, business architecture, business analysis, process management, quality management and / or Lean Management / Lean Six Sigma are an advantage
