Team Leading Role

For one of our clients, a world's leading chemical business, we are currently looking for a senior regulatory toxicologist to join its German department.

You will be responsible for all the toxicology support and department leadership regarding European legislation, so we expect you to bring several years of professional experience working in similar role.

As a regulatory toxicologist you will be responsible for Risk Assessment of chemical products. We want you to be able to manage chemical substances through REACH registration process and represent the company by international authorities and clients.

Main tasks :

• Leading a Team of regulatory specialists
• Assessment of toxicological data including the risk and risk-related assessment of substances and products
• Information and advice on current questions of product evaluation
• Communication with the clients
• Participation in cross-divisional projects on questions of risk assessment of substances and products

Your profile:

• Degree in Toxicology or related field (ideally PhD)
• Ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar position and have a proven track record of working/communicating with the authorities
• Team leading experience
• Good knowledge of REACH
• You should know how to create Safety Data Sheets and of course have very good updated knowledge of European and International Regulations
• You should be fluent in English and German
