Fostering Social Worker - South Coast Case Load
NonStop's Client is an Independent Fostering Service in West Sussex with a 'Good' OFSTED, experienced managers and a overall great team culture.
They are looking for an experienced Social Worker to provide support and supervision to a case load of 13 foster families who are located along the West Sussex Coast line. This is a permanent, full time position that offers flexible working and excellent training all within one of the UK's leading, most progressive Independent Fostering Providers.
Duties of the position will include:
- Recruiting, training and supporting foster carers and promoting the welfare of children in placement
- Supporting the organisation in ensuring that the service is run in line with the Government Legislation, Regulations and Standards, together with the Inspecting Body.
- Taking part in the out of hours on call service
The position requires a recognised qualification in Social Work along with prior experience in working with foster carers or children in foster care within a Social Work setting.
