Job Summary:

My client, an international company, is recruiting an Application Specialist to cover Europe. You would be representing the advanced image cytometry products. If you enjoy working with latest technologies in the field, this is truly an opportunity for you. In your area you will have responsibility for providing excellent customer service and will be able to plan your appointments independently. Requirements:

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform product demonstrations, installations, training and presentations at end-user sites.
    * Provide technical support for end users via remote or onsite trouble shooting.
    * Support marketing and sales in identifying key customer segments and developing strategies to increase reach and revenue.
    * Generate marketing, scientific and product relevant material for prospective and existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. degree in cell biology, immunology, cancer biology or related area.
    * Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    * Strong presentation and training skills.
    * GMP knowledge and/or experience is desirable.
    * Extensive experience in eukariotic cell culturing.
    * Hands-on experience with image and flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy is preferred.
    * High drive combined with a motivated work ethic, and an outgoing personality with a willingness to travel when required.
