Job Summary:

Requirements:

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the development of high quality, competitive products that meet customer needs.
    * Product ownership and responsibility for leading the commercial part of product development projects.
    * Assist with long-term strategy development and product pipeline portfolio management.
    * Map and understand business interests within the proteomics biomarker discovery field.
    * Develop deep understanding for business processes, user needs and applications of protein biomarkers.
    * Maintain excellent level of knowledge about products, market segments, application and customers.
    * Conduct pre- and post-launch surveys and translate results into actionable information for product life cycle strategies.
    * Create internal training materials and provide technical expertise and training on market segment trends, products, positioning by segment, competition, and customer profiles etc.

Qualifications:

  • Master or PhD degree in life science.
    * A minimum of 8 years' experience of work as a product manager or similar roles within sales/marketing, preferably in the multiplex immunoassay, proteomics or genomics market.
    * Good understanding of analytical tools, immunoassays and applications in the Life Science industry.
    * In-depth experience in scientific laboratory settings or in the laboratory industry is required, experience from Next Generation Sequencing or other multiplex proteomics technologies is required.
    * Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills in a fast and developing organization and an excellent team player.
    * Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Swedish.
