Qualified Senior Social Worker - Average of 11 Looked after Children caseloads per Social Worker

Salary up to £43,500. Including £2,000 welcome payment, retention bonus of £3,000 every two years

NonStop' client is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker working on mixed and complex caseloads with children aged 0-18 across two local authorities.

With Low caseloads this allows social workers in the team more time on their cases and more balance with there work and home life. This local authority is committed to creating stronger communities and increasing resilience within children services. Ensuring that people get the personalised care they need and additionally will create a better work life balances for the social workers.

The requirements for this position:

• Looked after children/Leaving Care experience
• Social Work England registered
• Extensive post qualifying experience as a Qualified Social Worker

The role will give you the latitude to help improve the outcomes of children and young people in care by supporting them to build a stable future. As this authority look to strengthen the service provided to unaccompanied children, maintain their commitment to Permanency Planning.
