My client is a global leader in life sciences, looking for professionals to join their team in Switzerland. With more than a century of experience, they have a unique capability to connect biotech expertise with fine chemical know-how, which allows them to provide the best solutions for their customers' success.

For their recently launched unique biological manufacturing and development facility, they are planning to incorporate a professional acting as a deep subject matter expert for evolving technologies. Are you going to become their next Head of Operations?

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead capital investment projects for the construction and commissioning of biopharma facilities.
• Manage a specific production unit and give leadership to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Represent the specific facility during the engineering phases for customer visits and audits as Operations Head.

Who do they look for?

• Life Sciences Degree in Biotechnology or Process Engineering.
• Extensive experience in a leading position in Biopharma manufacturing.
• GMP experience and understanding of bioprocess technologies.
• English Fluent. German preferred.
